J. Erick Alvarez, a Co-Founder of CMN, is an orchestral clarinettist and student of New World School of the Arts college music division. In addition to his studies, he has maintained fellowship with orchestras such as the Miami Music Project Honors Orchestra and the Ars Flores Symphony. His current interest in new music has been supported by the premiere of several works by student composers of NWSA and the University of Miami.
