OUR MISSION

Compositum Musicae Novae’s (CMN) mission is to further the professional advancement of new art music composers, as well as new expressions in Dance and the Literary and Visual-Arts, by providing a setting for the development and presentation of their work, performed by local musicians. At the same time, CMN will educate the public through a series of lectures by local artists and scholars of the arts. By doing so, CMN hopes to become a catalyst for the advancement, cultivation and appreciation of the arts, as well as an advocate for emerging artists in South Florida.
