Gilbert Kong is a recent graduate of New World School of the Arts Composition Department and current Graduate Music student at Florida International University. His works have been performed regularly in South Florida, including a premiere of his work for string quartet Wanted: Food, Shelter and Clothing, performed by the South Beach Chamber Ensemble.
