Dean Rosenthal works with mathematical formulas and found objects as his central practice. His pieces have included field recordings, text scores, digital pastiche, and instrumental works focussed on natural observations of properties in mathematics such as perfect tilings, combinations, and permutations. Rosenthal also serves as a coeditor of The Open Space Web Magazine and contributing editor to other Open Space publications.
