Eric Gottlieb is an avid new music pianist. His specialty is working on 20th & 21st century music. Eric received his master's degree from New York University where he studied with the renown Russian pianist Dr. Gregory Haimovsky. He has performed at Carnegie Recital Hall, Merkin Concert Hall, as well as the concert series at Trinity Church near Wall St. Recently, Eric had given the world premiere of a work written for him by the composer Michael Baldwin for toy piano,electronics and video at two recent new music festivals. He will be performing an upcoming solo concert next spring featuring the piano music of Olivier Messiaen. Eric will be performing with The Inlets Ensemble for Experimental Practice next March for the Subtopics Marathon Concert at the ArtCenter on Lincoln Road.
